Delete your Tuckalong account
This page explains how to delete your Tuckalong account and the personal data associated with it, and what is retained after deletion.
Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)
- Open the Tuckalong app and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account is deactivated immediately and scheduled for permanent deletion.
Option 2 — Request by email
If you can't access the app, email support@tuckalong.co.uk from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify ownership and process the deletion within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your name, email address, and phone number
- Your profile, ratings, and reviews
- Parcel and trip listings you created
- Uploaded photos (parcel, pickup, and delivery images)
- In-app chat messages
- Recipient addresses you entered
- Push-notification device tokens
What is retained, and for how long
Transaction and payment records are retained for up to 7 years after deletion to comply with financial, tax, and anti-fraud regulations. These records are anonymised where possible and are not used to identify or contact you.
All other personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days of your request. During this 30-day window the account is deactivated and cannot be used to sign in.
